Firm Overview

Serving Central Florida Since 1994

At the law firm of DiCesare, Davidson & Barker, we spend our days in the courtrooms of Central Florida, standing up for the rights of motor vehicle accident victims. Our attorneys do not back down when personal injury and wrongful death cases get challenging. We face those challenges head on, fighting to get results that match our clients’ goals.

Local Cases Require Local Lawyers

A common misunderstanding among accident victims in Central Florida is that they need to go to Tampa or Orlando to get strong legal representation. This is not true. Our experienced lawyers are based in offices located in Lakeland and Haines City.

In fact, we believe that you should always enlist a local lawyer to handle a local case. You should always enlist a representative who is familiar with the local court system, the local judges and the local people who serve on the juries. Our attorneys have strong ties to the area. Our attorneys grew up here, went to high school here and have been practicing law here from the start. We are local lawyers handling local cases.

Accident Cases Require Experienced Lawyers

Each of the partners at our firm possesses at least 20 years of experience. Pat T. DiCesare began his career in 1986, as did Taylor Davidson. Harold E. Barker started in 1985.

We have more than just experience on our side. We have attorneys at our firm who are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation. This is a very rare feature. Out of the 85,000 attorneys in the state, many of them have experience. A small handful have a single Board Certification. Much fewer can offer a Board Certification in both Civil Trial and Workers’ Compensation.

Another factor that sets us apart is our commitment to personal attention in every case. Our lawyers get to know our clients. The lawyer you see at the start of your case will see you through to the very end.
