E. Taylor Davidson, Jr.

Mr. Davidson focuses his practice in the areas of Trial Practice, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Mediation. Born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 20, 1960, Taylor was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1987; and U.S. Court of Appeals (11th Circuit) in 1988.

Biographical:

Mr. Davidson was born on December 20, 1960 in Louisville, Ky and graduated from Lakeland High School in 1979. He is married (Carol) with two children.

Professional:

After graduating from law school in 1986, Mr. Davidson returned to Polk County. He was admitted to practice in 1986. He has been in a private firm civil practice since the beginning of his legal career. He joined a law firm with Mr. DiCesare in 1992 and they have worked together since that time. He became Board Certified in Workers' Compensation in 1998. He later also became Board Certified in Civil Trial. He is the only lawyer in Polk County certified in both specialties and one of only 10 in the entire state.

Florida State University (B.S., cum laude, 1983); Tulane University (J.D., cum laude, 1986).
